Washed Sand

Washed sand is a type of sand that has been cleaned of impurities, such as clay and silt, and through a washing process. Washed sand comes in coarse, medium, fine and ultra fine granule sizes, of which each size classification requires sand granules that are within a specific diameter range. It is typically a light buff color, almost off-white.

This makes it ideal to use in construction, landscaping, and other applications where clean, high quality sand is needed such as topdress golf course greens, base for laying bricks, and paver during a landscaping project.
